This page outlines the full rightsizing process, including key phases, major milestones, and opportunities for community engagement along the way. The work is being carried out in phases, beginning with engagement and learning, followed by scenario development, recommendations, and eventual decisions.

**Study + Recommend**: This phase includes continued stakeholder engagement and study as well as the incorporation of feedback from the community. During this phase, recommendations will be developed and presented by the Superintendent.

This page will be updated regularly so you can track progress, see what’s coming next, and understand how and when to engage.
